This site needs to be updated.. Dr. Felch has been retired, I was told, since 2023..
Good thorough Dr., but I have had to wait an extraordinarily long time (2+ hours) after my scheduled appointment time to get in to the exam room to be seen. This happens each time I ‘used to go’ to see him. Had to change Dr.’s.
I called to schedule an appointment due to an eye issue and had a horrible experience. A scheduler refused to offer an appointment and instead requested personal health information over the phone. Unprofessional and rude.
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Felch today - they fit me in for an emergency appointment and he was both caring and quick. Thanks again.
