Dr Uyeki takes the time to inform me of my sickness very well
Dr. Uyeki is a doctor with a sense of humor in a solemn profession. Although you have extract it out of him with your own humor. He is very, very thorough and walks you through how his data was used to make recommendations and prescriptions. My previous oncologist retired and he recommended Dr Uyeki. I am thankful he did.
From my initial visit and continuing into my chemo treatment Dr. Uyeki has been informative, clear, and concerned with my illness. He was highly recommended to be and rightly so.

He has saved my life twice. The first was throat cancer. The second was prostate cancer. He is easy to talk to and very professional. I could not hope to find a better oncologist anywhere.
Dr. Uyeki is the most knowledgeable, professional and compassionate doctor that I have seen for any reason. His communication skills are excellent and he welcomes all questions.I recommend Dr. Uyeki without reservation.
Dr. U listens and explains treatments in a way that I never feel rushed and understand any treatment changes he recommends. Things can be complicated as I've several other serious health conditions outside of the leukemia.
