James &Sons has made three different rings for me. The rings were custom made by their Master Jewelers. Today I picked up my resent order and once again I was not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful!! Theresa helped me through the whole process and she is absolutely priceless!! Thank you Theresa and thank you to the beautiful craftsmanship by their master jewelers!!

Jean is absolutely amazing!!! My husband bought my Tacori engagement ring and band from her along with his wedding band. We absolutely love Jean!!! We've also purchased other stuff from Tacori as well as John Hardy. Jean is such an amazing sales rep and now friend!! If we text her she responds within minutes if not latest by end of day. She really does a phenomenal job and you can tell she loves what she does, she is always smiling and welcoming us with big hugs!!
They have quality jewelry and try to keep up with the trends. I bought an wedding set there 27 years ago and have bought several quality pieces from them since. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable
