Friendly and helpful, not pushy. All staff have been consistently attentive and equally helpful.
They go above and beyond for their customers. I could not imagine rings more perfect than the ones we purchased from James & Sons, and the only thing better than the quality of product is the customer service we received during the purchasing process. Will definitely be back!
The team at the James and Sons chicago store (Amanda,Leslie, Jo) are just top notch. They all were so helpful from start to finish. Their service is incredible, and they just were so nice. Highly recommmend them for any Rolex or jewelry purchase.
