I️ bought a hearts on fire ring from here and a couple months later the setting broke and the diamond fell out . When my wife went back they said there was nothing they could do . Would never buy anything from them again !!
I first bought an engagement ring here from Tiffany a year and a half ago. Not knowing too much about diamonds and jewelry, Tiffany was very helpful in explaining all of the different options. My fiancée and I have worked with Tiffany over the course of the past year or so to pick out our wedding bands and she really understood what we wanted and helped us in picking out the perfect bands. My wife and I recently went to the Chicago store to pick her out a 10 year anniversary ring. We had several meetings with Leslie there. She was extremely helpful in guiding us and helping my wife design the ring she wanted. It turned out even better than we had hoped it would. When their supplier was a bit late on the original ship date, Leslie made some calls and it ended up coming in when she had originally told us. She couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
