Amazing Customer Service. Olympia Fields store. I went in to get a watch band switched over for my fit band and Greg immediately took me in. He took his time with me and made sure that my new band fit just right because my wrist is small. I would definitely recommend them. My boyfriend and I walked into James and Sons to look at engagement rings but we had absolutely no idea what I wanted. We were immediately greeted by Samantha who was wonderful. She helped me determine my style by showing examples of settings and assisting me to narrow down what I liked. Great service, wonderful selection of watches and diamonds! Best of all terrific prices, I went as a guest with friends and unexpectedly bought diamond earrings that were beautiful! They are the best and i will be ordering more online! I highly recommend them, you will be pleased!
