I had old vinyl flooring in my kitchen and dining room that needed to be replaced, and there was also a soft spot in the kitchen that had gotten worse since I moved in. James came highly recommended, so I gave him a call. He came out within a few days, provided a detailed estimate, and brought a wide variety of flooring samples for me to choose from. I had hardwood floor damage due to water. James responded quickly to my call and arrived within a couple hours. He looked at the damage gave me an estimate and told me he could do it within 2 weeks. A little over a week later he called and we set the appointment. He arrived on time did an excellent job with his son who works with him. James Shealey Flooring did a fantastic job installing our new hardwood floors! They look amazing! It was clear they cared about quality of the job – they spent a whole morning leveling the subfloor before installation because it was a bit uneven. I can see how other companies could have overlooked that step. He was very responsive throughout the project, finishing the job on time and within budget. We would call them again if we had to do other flooring work at the house.
