Dear JRT You gave my family the best Christmas gift. You brought my sister-in-law to my home for Christmas Day. You treated her professionally, respectfully, and with great kindness. We had an on again, off again situation. Booked, cancelled and rebooked. No issues at all. The gal that picked us up was very pleasant and cordial and made our transfer from the airport to family's home absolutely seamless!
I used James River for my wedding, and they did a great job. We had a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and reception venue. They were on time and very friendly. I also used the bus that looks like a limo on the inside. It was perfect. We got the feel of a limo without having to crawl through a limo in dresses. James River was great!
So much better than a cab!! Couldn't recommend more highly.
