I've used the company many times and will use them again even though they need some upgrades on there buses , like power plugs and I'm tall so the leg room could be adjusted because my knees hurt after a long ride from being crushed from the seat in front of me . On the upside the drivers are great and represents the company wonderfully

We used James River to transport our Church's Mission Team to and from Washington Dulles Airport from my home in Chesterfield and it was an excellent experience working with them every step of the way.
