honor your scheduling. this is the third trip I have booked with them and the 3rd. time they have canceled the trip. you are in the transportation business. seems to me you would find a way. to get a client from point A to point B. NEVER AGAIN

Customer service was awesome, quick respone to my questions threw fb, & Our driver was Mr. Edgar, & he was friendly, well dressed, & provided a safe ride to Maryland & back to RVA & he even was earlier then expected. The bus rode smoothly, was clean & not freezing cold....overall very nice experience😉

My husband and I used James River Transportation as the transportation company for our wedding. We used them for two types of transportations; a coach bus for the attendees and one shuttle-limo for the wedding party. They were wonderful to work with. We had a few last minute changes and they were great with accommodating us. In addition, the driver of the limo waited for the wedding party so that we could all go change after the wedding and dropped us off at a nearby bar! Always call James River first: for on time pick up (never worry “are they coming on time or are they going to be late”); always white glove service with luggage; sparkling clean vehicle, safe driving methods (signaling for lane changes), polite, very nice drivers. And the administrative office is “Right on top.” Wouldn’t use any other person or business!
