Gary was fantastic, was kind courteous and very knowledgeable, he was great to talk to on the ride to the hotel. Would definitely use their services again. Car was also extremely clean inside and out and he was a gentlemen opening the doors and strolling my luggage for me. Great service, thanks again!!!
James River provided a 30 passenger bus for our REF board members from Farmville to Richmond and back and we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this bus line for a big event. The staff was courteous and professional, the bus was clean and warm, a most enjoyable ride.
We do a neighborhood Tacky Light Tour every year (this year was our 4th time). The booking process was easy (Kizzy is simply fantastic) and our Driver Tom was great. We will definitely do it again and most definitely with James River Transportation!
James River Transportation is great; Kizzy and Sheila, especially, with whom I have almost always interacted, are professional, cheery, and prompt -- and so far their prices have always been the cheapest. I use them frequently for business needs through my work, and even last-minute trips are a breeze to coordinate! The buses always appear clean and the drivers are professional. Well done, JRT!
Although my company has used you in the past, my first experience was recently. Now I understand why James River Transportation is always our first choice.
I booked a trip to Richmond International Airport for a very early morning flight. When we had almost reached the airport I realized that I had left my cell phone at home. My driver quickly turned around, took me back home to get my phone, and got me safely back to the airport in time to make my flight.
