RecommendedRented a shuttle for a family event and the service I received from James River was great all around. The salesperson was helpful throughout the planning. The shuttle was comfortable, clean, the driver was friendly, and smooth ride the entire day. I will definitely use James River again for any future shuttle/bus needs.
On July 24th, The Port of Virginia (Virginia Port Authority) used the services of James River Transportation for a tour of distribution facilities in Suffolk, for our board members and colleagues. All expectations exceeded! Driver was patient and courteous, and on time. Bus was just the right size and clean. Kizzy was professional and thorough in handling the booking for our wedding party transportation, and answered all my questions. Thanks for everything!
We used James River Transport for an evening wedding reception. Driver, service, and vehicle all vastly exceeded expectations. Kizzy was our salesperson and was wonderful to work with. We were pleased to have the mini-coach for wedding guests since many were 'under the influence' and could not have driven safely. James River Transport was a great addition to our wedding celebration!
Will never use this company again after a transportation mishap, terrible customer service and were not willing to work with us at all.
Wow, what a great job James River Transportation! I recently flew in and out of Norfolk, VA and used James River Transportation to get me to and from my conference. They were great! Great service, great drivers, and nice clean vehicles. I especially appreciated how easy they were to get a hold of when I was delayed flying. No matter the time they had my ride ready!
I used James River Transportation on my most recent work trip. I have nothing bad to say about them. They were extremely helpful, arrived on time both ways and even with a mishap in our flights they were ready and available to transport us with no problem. The drivers were exceptional, safe and told us a little history as we drove to our destination. I thoroughly enjoyed this transportation service and highly recommend them.
