JRO is amazing! I have waited a long time to finally do something about my smile and I knew I made the right decision the minute I walked into the office for the first time! Everyone at JRO has been absolutely amazing with my daughter Makayla. We have had anything and everything happen to her during this journey and the entire staff has had her back. From breaking a front tooth (6 week hold on treatment), to uncertainty about tooth pain(another 4 week hold) the entire team has made sure that Makayla knew that everything would work out. Best place ever. When you walk in it’s a great, clean and welcoming environment. They have coffee, tea and ice cream for snacks and a great waiting area with massage chairs( which I use every time 😉) Ipads and phone chargers for your fun and convenience. Yes I just love ❤️ them the entire team are very nice very professional the smiles and the warmness when you come thru the doors the office is awesome very clean very nice snack and coffee area they have a Starbucks in the office which I really appreciate for those early morning visits!!!
