My son started Invisilign this week and the process was awesome! This office is a well run ship and all of the crew is really sweet and helpful. Bonus that Dr. Scarborough called to check on my son and see how he was doing. Can't love this place enough ❤️
Very pleasant staff! They explained the next steps of my sons’ invisalign trays and praised him on the progress that he’s made in just a short time. We have enjoyed the 6 months that we have been with JRO & would highly recommend!
RecommendedThe staff here is hands down the best. From the time I entered the door and each time I have to go back. When I first got my Invisalign Dr. Scarborough called that evening to check on me, of which meant a lot because most orthodontist just get your money and send you on your way. Not JRO they truly care about their patients!! I’m so happy my dentist referred me to them . Love you guys!❤️

Warm and welcoming! Staff definitely walks you through the process from beginning to end & are just so so great! My daughter especially loves the frozen yogurt she gets at the end of every appointment! 😀
As a small business owner i like to support other local businesses when I can. And places like JRO makes it even easier. When my daughter needed her teeth straightened. Our dentist recommended JRO and we are very glad that they did. Very welcoming every time you walk in the door. Easy to talk to and have questions answered. Never a long wait. Soon as I arrived I was greeted by staff with a huge smile! Brooking came to greet me and give me a tour of the office and her smile , and disposition was so warming. It was at this moment I said ok, THIS SHOULD GO GREAT FROM HERE! Soon after Brooking took photos of my teeth, while assuring I was always ok, and comfortable she took me to Yani 's office AGAIN I'M GREETED WITH A HUGE SMILE!
