RecommendedYesterday was our first visit to JRO and to say we were impressed is an understatement! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scarborough answered all of my daughters questions and erased every fear she had about braces. She is now excited and cannot wait to get her braces in a couple of weeks!

RecommendedYes I totally recommend JRO. I’ll start with the professional staff, to the level of care I had. The atmosphere is beautiful too. I’ve never waited at all each visit and the Starbucks , machine and beverage bar , and frozen yogurt machine ,kept me occupied if I waited minutes. The best part is I got my teeth fixed the way I pictured. I loved 💕 the whole experience and they also since did a child member of my family. His teeth look beautiful. I had a good feeling from the start. My instincts were correct.

My 11-yo son always complains about seeing a doctor, and he has never complained once about going to James River Orthodontics. RecommendedVery sweet caring people, want you to do your best, always ask how you are and how ur family is. Always there to help if something is wrong with ur retainer, braces, teeth anything that is wrong. I love this place always felt so welcome from the first day I started my braces journey and still feel welcome after having braces journey done.
RecommendedMy daughter will be receiving Invisalign in December so we've been to the office only twice so far. We have been extremely pleased! The staff is welcoming and friendly and the amenities are wonderful. It seems like we made a great choice in coming to JRO.
