My first visit was amazing, I never been to a business of any sort that made me feel like I was the only customer the had. I was so welcomed by all the staff members, I was thinking how do they choose people to hire they had the best personalities and they all work great together as a team. JRO and Dr Scarborough are the best! I first took my son for an evaluation for braces which he did and had a wonderful outcome! I took advantage of a Mother’s Day special on Invisalign - and did what I always wanted to do, straighten my teeth. My smile looks awesome! What a difference - another practice wanted to extract a bottom tooth to make my smile - not ideal to lose a healthy tooth! Dr S was able to do it with traditional Invisalign! Taking my daughter for evaluation next! Thanks JRO
My daughter is very nervous and I really appreciate the staff at JRO! Dr. S ave Dr. L and the hygienists are always so patient and gentle with her! The office is beautiful and the whole staff are happy and friendly.

Hi, my name is Jacob and my JRO story began about a year ago. I have always been treated professionally, exceptionally, and with great care by Dr. Scarbourough and his staff. It wasn't until I began treatment with Makenzie that I was a lot more excited to come to JRO and bring my little brother, Nicholas. When it comes to anything medical our daughter has MAJOR anxiety. Every single member of the JRO team went above and beyond to help calm all her fears when we had our first couple visits. She now loves visting their office and actually gets excited to go! Dr Scarborough is always so sweet to macie and all her siblings that usually request to tag along because the JRO office is the coolest! We are so thankful for them and could never imagine going anywhere else!
