I will never go back and have been a customer for over 20 years. They change your appointments without notice. Call you 3 days before your scheduled appointment and tell you about the change without your approval. You make plans to come in at your scheduled time only to sit for 45 or more minutes. Completely tired of places I pay to use wasting my time and expecting me to be grateful for it. Never again. Would give zero stars if it was avaliable.
I highly recommend Integrity Dental, 5 stars for sure!! Dr. Cole and staff are amazing!! The service I received was professional, efficient and personal, they truly care for their patients. Customer service is excellent!! Dr. Cole is very understanding when listening to your dental concerns. Dr. Cole gives his patients excellent standard of care, from my experience in his dental clinic. Dr. Cole explains all procedures to you before any treatment. Dental assistants, dental staff all have awesome customer service, care are excellent in giving service to their patients. Thank you!!
We are new patients with Integrity Dental. Today, 10/31/23 was our first visits for both of us and it was an extremely POSITIVE: from the time we were greeted by the Stephanie and Yuli out front; then greeted and treated by Danny - our new hygienist; to finally meeting Dr. Cole.
