Cataract surgery three and one half years ago and now basically blind. Follow up appointments were received with totally cold indifference. If a minus five star rating was an option it would be given. A life changing mistake.
Dr. Patterson was low-pressure, knowledgeable and assuring when I went in to discuss trading my glasses for LASIK. We discussed my specific higher order conditions, the pros/cons of each procedure and eventually settled on Bladeless LASIK as the route for me. I have been a glasses wearer since I was 14, and knew that every glasses Rx that I'd had wasn't quite perfect. Dr. Patterson nailed my Rx, I never knew that it was possible to see this well. It feels like the world is now in HD.
Went in for a routine eye exam and had a great experience!
Assembly line. Was not listened to. On 2 visits told him I couldn't see and Dr Patterson told me I just needed to adjust. On 3rd follow up asked for different doctor. I was told I had stigma and & needed glasses. Was charged for exam instead of follow up. Patterson missed the stigma. Awful, Awful,Awful
I had a problem after surgery and called; never received a call back. Had to make an appt and go to the office which was difficult as I have no car.
