I gave Dr Mallen and the Pulmonology office 1 star only because zero stars does not seem to be an option. For the 3rd time in the last 6 months our requests to refill a prescription has been ignored. Calls do not get routed to an individual and voice mails are left with no response. Fax requests from the Pharmacy are ignored, calls are ignored and when I on two separate occasions have gone to the office in W.D.M. and complained in person, the request to fill the prescription is not fulfilled. Dr Mallen was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. It's great when a doctor takes the time to actually talk to you.
I looooooove Dr. James Mallen. He's an amazing Dr. He's been my Dr for several years and I have periods of time when I struggle with my asthma and he's immediately on top of things. He's smart, personable, down to earth and talented and he does extremely well in his field. I don't feel comfortable seeing anyone but him.
