Dirk is my new colorist! – After spending the past five years at the WRONG salon with a colorist who basically did what he wanted and not what I asked for, I fell into the hands of the greatest colorist today. Dirk is truly an artist when it comes to making me look like a natural blonde. My hair looks so healthy and shiny all thanks to his patience, persistence and talent. I am so happy with the outcome and will definitely be referring family and friends.
Horrible Experience – I decided to try this salon because I kept seeing ads and it looked nice. Well, from the begining it was a horrible experience. It was as if the stylist did not listen to a word that I said (of course it didnt surprise me becuase the music was so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think). My hair was uneven, thick in some areas and too thin in ithers. It is going to take months for my hair to ok again. I highly recommend avoiding this salon. The staff was rude and my entire experience was horrible.
Best Talent and Service – So I'm letting my fine hair grow..which is an emotional challenge..and I walk in to James Madison and see this very stylish chick with a great hair cut. I ask "can she see me?" The cherub like receptionist says " That's Christy..let me see if she has time, what service would you like?" I explain to her " I just feel ugly." 5 minutes later I'm in Christy's chair and she says to me " I hear you're having an ugly day." I loved it! Amazing Service/ Beautiful Blonde Color by Jeremiah – I have been recently going to James Madison Salon in Atlanta to have my color done by Jeremiah... If you are a blonde, or want a very natural and beautifully colored hair - I highly recommend his work. He is a true artist with a vision that creates an incredible end result. Excellent cut! – James' talent & reputation is well deserved. His cuts are a true work of art! No other salon takes as much time and care to insure the best haircut in the south!
I love this salon! – I went to this salon to get a haircut and color, based on a friends recommendation. I was a little hesitant, at first, but everyone there made me feel very comfortable. The stylists listened to my concerns and gave me the perfect style, even though I really couldn't describe what I wanted. I will definitely go back!
Best Cut Around – Ive been going to James Madison Salon for the last 10 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. James is the best. If you want to look good and feel good see James, personally. I have never, ever had a bad cut from James, or left feeling unfulfilled. My glass of beer stays full, and the staff is super friendly, attentive, and attractive.
Waste of time and money – I spent $100 and 2 hours to have highlights put in my hair. We agreed on a caramel color and even looked at a picture. We agreed no light color against my dark hair. Well the highlights that I can actually see are very light - not the amber, caramel color we looked at. I'll now need to spend more time and more money somewhere else to get this right. Very irritating - another service provider that can only talk the talk.
Exceptional and Precise – I recently went to James Madison Salon and I love my color and cut! My hair looks amazing! Jess got my red down pat, and Stephanie gave me a great new cut and taught me how to style it, too. Great reception too.Will deffinitely be back.
