His nurse, especially the tall black women was really rude. It was during the beginning of COVID. You had to stand outside, at least I did. Because I Rides the MAP bus due to my disability. She would open the door and scream your name. The waite was too long.. he told me he couldn't treat all my pain. He could only treat ,1 thing .. it wasn't professional at all.. you could never get them on the phone. Had to take 3 unrine test before I was given anything. I have been seeing Dr. Crumb for a long time and as a doctor I really like him. The problem is with his front office staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and I just don’t know how Dr. Crumb tolerates the way they treat his patients. For example, I recently had an appointment and due to COVID patients have to wait in their cars to be called into the office. Dr.Crumb has no bedside manners. He has no compassionate for the patient. The receptionist Dava is Very rude and talks down to you and acts like it’s a inconvenience when you ask her a question about doctors appointments or anything containing to your Doctors visit. The receptionist Dava is Very rude and the rest of staff is also very rude. Dr.Crumb has no bedside manners or any compassion for his patients. I don’t recommend for anybody to go see him or have to deal with that staff that he got working for him.
Dr Crumb, his self, is a good doctor. He cares, actually listens, and is quite knowledgeable, as he should be. The problem is the people that surround him are deplorable. Truly rude and duplicitous individuals, that have a problem doing their jobs. He has a full patient load, which is understandable. However, just as my Mom used to tell me, your only as good as the company you keep.
Dr Crumb is the best Dr I ever had. Now a days it's impossible to see an actual dr or to have someone listen to me. He treated me as a whole person, and he changed my life. I have a 6 yr old daughter and am 50 years old. He did osteo adjustments on me which helped tremendously, always took blood to make sure my body was in line with being healthy . I didnt have to go to other drs and confuse medicine dates or treatments. He makes sure that your body I and medicine are doing what they are suppos.
I’m not exactly sure where all the negative comments regarding Dr. Crumb and his staff came from or why they were said. I was treated extremely well! All policies and procedures were covered in detail by the staff and Doctor very nicely and they answered any questions I had. The doctor did a thorough background check on my medical condition, listened very attentively to me caring about my well-being and providing the best treatment possible! Blessed to have found this Doctor and his staff.
very unprofessional .Put me on vitamins that I couldn't afford at the time. would not see me the next week and then the next month I went wasted my time again taking off work, just to be told he had released me. No He wont listen to anything U have to say. Hes all about money. most of the time he wont even look at u when h's talking to u . he's on his computer.Very frustrating.I would not recommend him to anyone
Dr. Crumb is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He helped me when no one else could. He looked at my whole person not just my pain. I never knew other imbalances could cause so much havoc on my body. Dr. Crumb not only showed me the imbalances he was willing to explain every thing that was going on with me. He educates, he listens, and he truly cares. Doctor Crumb also has a well informed and caring Staff. I have and would recommend him to anyone.
