Dr. Lovette removed my 81 year old mother's cyst under her arm. NEVER scheduled a follow up in person. 6 weeks later the incision still had not healed and her white blood cell count was highly elevated, per the ER. I called. Would not see her in person -- was too busy doing surgeries and couldn't see her in person for nearly a week. Had to send photos for him to look at because he was too busy to follow up with his ill patient in person. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.
