I have been a patient here for more than half year. Everything here is wonderful. Everyone is nice and make you feel comfortable. They will give what you need, and the one that included in the insurance will be highly recommend. They will tell you what is not included in the insurance clearly, and never push you to have services that may cost more money (which usually happen at other dentist).
After spending a rough night with tooth pain and an approaching holiday I was shocked at the care I received ! The staff had me scheduled, processed in and out of the office all before noon! It was so pleasant to have smiling faces , quick wit and kind humor all when you don’t feel well. Dr Hawk was quick, precise and extremely knowledgeable about my needs. I would refer anyone to this professional dental office! Thanks a million !!!

Really enjoy the family feel of this office as well as the very thoughtful care. Team also does a great making my three young children feel comfortable at the dentist.
I am originally from a smaller Iowa town and missed the friendliness and attention I received from my dentist there - something you can't seem to find in DSM. Until I found Dr. Hawks. He and his staff have that friendliness and attention and do all they can to make you feel at ease and educate you about what's going on in your mouth. I ended up needing a periodontal cleaning, which was done by Megan over two days and I can say she did a great job...with minimal torture. From the time I walk in the front door to be greeted by April to interacting with the staff and Dr. Hawks it is always a great experience! I really like the fact that they email and text me my reminders about my upcoming appointments. Dr. Hawks is very personable and trustworthy dentist I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
