Fantastic experience with hip replacement (male, 61), with Dr. James Purtil. I was walking the same day, and the recovery has been spectacular. I am seeing improvement hour after hour, never mind daily. I was driving within a week (I had my left hip done), pain is minimal, and I am hopping out of bed like a twenty-something.
Dr. Purtill and his staff were Amazing. I had full knee replacement on my right knee and by following his instructions within two and a half weeks after the surgery I had full range of motion. The Doctor takes the time to explain everything you could possibly need to know. I highly recommend Dr. Purtill and he will be replacing my left knee in 2027
