I recently had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Hakert and had a very positive experience. All of the staff members I encountered were kind and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and walked me through every step of the procedure.
I have been going to Dr. Hakert since 2011. He is very professional and listens to my needs. I've had a few endoscopies done, and was professionally taken care both by Old Town staff and Dr. Hakert. I highly recommend him!
The staff is super friendly and the process - routine colonoscopy- was a breeze! Dr Hackert is easy to talk to and takes all the time you need. It was very efficient and literally painless!
My experience with Dr. Hackert over the years and two different conditions has been very positive...I have learned to trust and respect his guidance and treatment... He operates in OUR reality of "can't know what you don't know..." and he does a terrific job of bridging that gap!
