Dr. Hakert takes time to listen and to offer suggestions- before just prescribing another pill. Experience counts. Very personable.
Dr. Hakert is a great gastroenterologist! Professional, SMART, patiently listens, asks appropriate questions to get pertinent info to aid in any testing and diagnosing. He does what needs to be done, and he does not quit.Way back in the 90's I had a C. diff infection, became severely dehydrated and was treated at the ER. It took my colon several months to heal. This Dr is very rude and has no bedside manner. Waste of time.
Dr. Hakert is very personable and caring. I always feel very comfortable. He never is in a hurry and answers all your questions.
Dr. Hakert has always been very thorough in describing treatment and options. This last visit he also helped me find lower cost on my medication.
Dr. Hakert is a great doctor. However, when going to his office, you will be waiting a while before you see him. Appointment at 11:00 - you get seen around 11:40. If my appointment is at 11:00 -I should be seen within 15 minutes of that time. Everytime I go there it is a long wait.
Dr. Hakert is personable, listens well, easy to talk to and makes sure you understand what he’s diagnosing and recommending.
Dr Hakert doesn’t rush as he meets with you.. He listens then makes recommendations as a plan of action.
I have had regular checkups with Dr. Hakert for several years and he has alway been very thorough and efficient. I like that he asks questions instead of just listening to my complaints. I feel that he is really committed to his patients. Dr. Hakert treats his patients like real people. Thank you, Dr. Hakert.
