Call this VA to get a replacement pair of glasses. The optical shop said my prescription was expired. It is only 2 yrs old. Since I'm diabetic the doctor says I need an eye exam every 2 yrs. Had the operator transfer Mr to the VA's Coelho Eye Clinic 4 times.....they would NEVER answer their phone even though they have multiple chuckleheads sitting at the receptionist desk. What am I supposed to do until Central Scheduling gets around to making an appointment
I want to add. Trump cut back funding so less doctors to help Vets .First I'm thankful for the VA. I been using the VA for over 40 years. I'm rated at 100 percent. I am new going to mountain home. I had a very contagious disease. Which I did get from the VA there. I went to the emergency room. They refused to believe me. I had even pictures of the disease. The nurse practitioner would not even look at them. I'm not a rude person that never helps. But I keep texting on VA.gov and calling begging for help. Finally got a reply ... read more
