Providers/ employees that care are seriously lacking. You’re treated as less than worthy. A person, especially the person that is the reason you’re getting paid, should be treated with the utmost respect and care… but we’re not…
Superb care at every level! Scheduling can be a little slow but, sure!
One of the best VA Medical Centers, I have been to, from my primary care doctor to the Pharmacy, the ER. Eye Clinic, Cardiology, Gastrointerology, Neurology, Sleep Study Clinic. Very professional very friendly they let You know that You matter.
Terrible service from the travel/pay office, the supervisor has no intention or interest in helping veterans get the benefits earned. He elected to go on a rant that his office is understaffed and he can’t keep up basically. God forbid you have proof of a valid travel claim. You will get attitude when you prove them wrong. Not that you will see this. But it would pay to listen to the veteran who is calling in with concerns. If you hate your job that bad move on to a different one.
