I had a glass shelf and an oval glass tabletop that I needed to have made since these items had shattered during a recent move. My Dad took the order to James Glass where he had numerous other projects completed in the past. About six weeks after dropping off the order, we called to see if we could pick up the two glass pieces (believing they would be done). This man is absolutely amazing. I had an issue my office door and every single glass company was telling me up to 10 days I called James glass Co Steve was at my store within 10 minutes fixed my issues came back and completely replaced my door for me within a couple of hours!!! Absolutely amazing customer service and in a record time!!! Highly recommend
Recently installed a sliding window for our reception area. Excellent work and reasonably priced. We will definitely use again.
