Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I have been a patient of Dr. Petraglias for about 5 years and I have to say that my visits are always pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Petraglia is a Dentist who cares about his patients and gives them the best medical advice possible. My visits are always painfree and relaxing. Dr. Petraglia always goes the extra mile for each and everyone of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Petraglia to everyone that I know. Dr.Petraglia and his staff are very dismissive of patients needs. I had an exposed root in my mouth and was awaiting my appointment date. I was given a prescription for the pain which I had very bad reactions to. I returned to explain this to the Dr. but never made it past his receptionist. Based off of what I told her he decided that I just need to take it with food. Well duh. I did take it with food as it says on the bottle. They just didn't care and said deal with it.
