Today was my first visit to Dr. Jim and they were all so unbelievably friendly and kind. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but it was utterly painless. Thanks Dr. Jim and all the staff.
First appointment transferring from a different dentist. Staff was so courteous and Dr. Jim was extremely personable. He and he nurse explained everything and answered all my questions of which there were many. So glad I found his office! Wish it had been sooner! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I hadn't seen a dentist in over 12 years. I chose Dr Jim after hearing about him on the radio. I read his reviews and made my initial appointment. His staff was very friendly and I felt like I had been a patient of his for years, certainly did not feel like a first visit. Dr Jim was very though in his exam. He told me what he found and gave me a copy of my treatment plan. His assistant told me they had an opening for a cleaning and i was able to get that done the same day. 1st visit after leaving my dentist of 20+ years. Great experience! Very informative, thorough, prompt, and friendly. They also are great enough that my husband has been going regularly which didnt used to be the case.
You absolutely can't pick a better dental office than this one. Dr. Jim Kotsianas and his staff are superior! They put you at ease and go overboard to make sure you are comfortable in their office.
I absolutely enjoy my semi-annual trips to see the dental hygienist who gives me my teeth cleaning. The appointments always begin on time, and the hygienist is highly professional. Dr. Kotsianas is thorough and friendly, too. David E. Houston
