First of all Dr. K is an exceptional dentist, he is always up to date on the latest techniques and dental technologies, and is quick, efficient and painless. That is enough to highly recommend him but the to make an exceptional experience even better is his support staff. The front desk folks, Becky and Tammy always go above and beyond on helping me with appointments and scheduling. I now live in another state but make the drive to see Dr. K and staff, they are that good!
Today was my first visit to Dr. Jim and they were all so unbelievably friendly and kind. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but it was utterly painless. Thanks Dr. Jim and all the staff.
RecommendedHe is a very talented dentist! I worked as a “fill in” for him a couple of weeks when he had staff on vacation. He is technically very good, very considerate of his patients, respectful to his employees and just an all around great guy. Very fair fees for excellent services.
First appointment transferring from a different dentist. Staff was so courteous and Dr. Jim was extremely personable. He and he nurse explained everything and answered all my questions of which there were many. So glad I found his office! Wish it had been sooner! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Will not be back. I have never been more dissatisfied. Something that should have taken 45 min took 90. Then trying to tell me oh you may have to have a root canal. When that couldn’t be further from the truth. Then him leaving 3 times during the appointment. Not to mention being pretty rough. A horrible experience. Then to beat it try’s to get me to stay for a cleaning too. Ahhh no. Heck no. Won’t be back and won’t find me recommending him. The end.
HUGE Shoutout to Tammy!!!! My son is a student at UTK and we live in West Tennessee. Tammy was a huge help when my son chipped a tooth and needed a crown. THANKS A MILLION!!!
Excellent staff and everyone is professional , concerned, knowledgable and friendly.
