I spent over $600 on my glasses and never once was told that within possibly two years the Crizal coating would wear off. Crizal now quotes to me it is not unreasonable to expect a reflecting coating such as Crizal to hold up any longer than two years.They also add constant use of the lens cloth provided will break down the coating so is not recommended yet it was included in the case. As a senior citizen I cannot afford to buy new lenses every two years and was never advised of this.

The coating warranty is from the company that manufactures the lenses. It is the leading company in the world. At the optical's own cost her lenses were replaced at no charge. She has no reason to complain. The optical is a separate corporation from the practice. The optical went beyond the warranty and replaced her lenses for free.

He was sent in by his doctor for a dilated exam for his medical condition. He refused to be dilated even though his doctor requested it. I tried to convince him that it was in his best interest to have his eyes dilated. He became very rude and left the office. I informed his doctor about his refusal to follow proper medical recommendations. It is a shame that someone can write this incorrect information when they are the one who was rude and refused his doctors medical advice.
