Friedenstein and medical staff were fine, but the billing team is ridiculous. My daughter had seen them, and they collected payment up front (despite insurance covering it 100% - so they can collect from the insurance company as well as the customer..). So naturally, once insurance was processed I was due a refund. I have called upwards of 20 times to the office, who directed me to some call center that never picks up, until finally they did, and said I would get a check in the mail within 1-2 weeks. Dr Friedenstine and his staff have been fabulous. They are each thorough, very capable, and compassionate. I have been going to Dr Friedenstine for over a decade. His staff and he have made a tremendous difference in my life. I searched for a pain management specialist for many years. Thank goodness I found them. I am more active now than I was my forties.
