Dr. Ostrander listened and answered all our questions. He also gave great suggestions.
Dr. Ostrander is the best at what he does. He takes on an injury that most wouldn't take on. He isn't phased by unforseen complications and will take on the challenge until it's fixed. Answers all questions and has an excellent bedside manner. He has a good sense of humor which is beneficial in these situations.
I had a 8am appointment which is when office opens. I arrived at 7:50 to encounter around 12 patients already in waiting room. I figured I was in for a long wait. To my surprise they called me promptly. I was x rayed quickly and put in examine room where DR let me less than 5 minutes later. Dr Ostrander was nice, thorough, and did not rush me as I had many questions.
They were timely and friendly. I would recommend anyone who needs these type of health services
My sister fell and needed extensive pelvic and hip repair. She can stand again only months later. We have high hopes she will be walking in another couple of months! Dr. Ostrander is such a patient and kind doctor! The office staff are very friendly!

Love that Dr. Ostrander takes the time to sit and talk with his patients. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain things.
Always takes time for questions or concerns without acting like he's in a hurry ! Very caring and his nurse is always friendly also, very happy with this orthopedic office would highly recommend!
