Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
