For Doctor Price and Bertus. Zero for Dunes. Literally woke up to an email saying they were ceasing operations in Norfolk and another location. Found out my Doctor, Dr. Price, along with others, have left. Found Dr. Price and now it's a nightmare trying to get my records sent to him and unable to reach anyone in Records with Dunes. Called to confirm my FAXed Release being received and their mailbox is "Full"! How professional. Again, for the Doctor's, ZERO for the administration.
The post I'm writing is from the beach in Galveston, TX. It would not be possible for me to drive all those hours and enjoy my time at the beach with my Great Dane Mouse and my Goldie girl Jessie if it wasn't for Dr Bertus and all of his super staff. I've suffered from DDD a.d RA for more than 20 years, but with his and their help I'm able to do most of the things I want to do. I imagine theirs is not an easy job, I appreciate all of them❤️
This office is very kind and caring. Dr. Bertus listens to everything I have to say and is willing to help in any way he can!
My husbands experience was great!
