I have an issue with my back and they said that they would submit things for approval with Blue Cross Blue shield and they have not gotten back to me and it's been 3 weeks. Furthermore they said they called in a prescription for ibuprofen and when I got to the CVS it was never called in. And when you try and call them back you have to go through five different receptionists and no one seems to have any empathy whatsoever. Nicest and best doctor ever took away my neck and shoulder pain
The doctor is nice but I was told I was having trigger point injections for my neck in July and a a caudal epidural for my back in August. I waited almost two months for trigger point injection appointment. I called the office the day before to confirm I was having the trigger point injection the next day. I showed up and spent 20 minutes getting waiting and than getting vitals. Once I was in the procedure room they told me to lay on my stomach. I said isn't this for my neck? 3 rounds of six cortisone shots then 2 ablation zero effect notified Dr. Celestin he said he was disappointed his procedures didn't work would look into how he could help me and relieve my back pain and would get back to me and never heard from him again. I was praying he would help me but got the feeling I was just a number now my ins. has changed and doubt I'll be able to afford to resolve or relieve my back pain I would suggest find a doctor who cares and gets results
