Do your homework. Dr Ballard made a serious mistake on my husbands hip replacement and was very non-communicative when trying to find help to correct it. My husband is forever disabled and the surgery has changed his life.
I really like Dr. Ballard. His staff however is a little confused. I got several conflicting orders both pre and post surgery.
Dr. Ballard and the rest of the medical staff are fine, if you are ever lucky enough to be able to see them. Unless you physically walk into the office and speak to someone, you shouldn't waste your time trying to phone. It takes an act of God to get through to a human being. Endless recordings asking you to "push this" or "select that", but NOTHING that actually connects you to a human.
