Dr Bried is personal, a great listener and gets straight to the point. On time for appointments, staff is caring and returns calls or emails within an hour or two. He did a great job with my total knee replacement. Palomar hospital personnel was very caring and attentive during my overnight stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
As a physician who previously worked at Palomar I chose Dr. Bried, because I knew of his skill and experience. I had a total knee replacement in mid November. I was golfing 5 weeks later! I had a total knee replacement from Dr. Bried on October 3rd. The total experience with Dr. Bried and his staff was great! The whole process was so well organized from the time of booking to the physical therapy after surgery. I have decided to do my other knee in January and look forward to being active again after my recovery.
Double knee replacement. Good team of people working around him. He provided aggressive vision of recovery. Climbed stairs on the 5th day. Started walking more than a mile after 3 weeks. Good progress continues.
All conversations with Dr.Bried were professional. He has a very clear, concise style of communication that I appreciated and he was always willing to elaborate as needed. He set appropriate expectations and due to his expertise and guidance my recovery is ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone with knee issues!
Dr. James Bried completed a reverse shoulder replacement recently on right shoulder. Three days after surgery, my arm no longer ached, and I had nearly full mobility. Eight days after surgery, I had my first post op appointment. He said I no longer had to wear the sling! I am so please with the results! Dr. Bried is an experienced surgeon, he’s very professional, and has a great personality! I would highly recommend Dr. Bried! He is a real asset to his community!
Very professional doctor and staff. Explains things in easy-to-understand ways that build confidence. He completed a total knee replacement for me with fantastic results. I will need the other knee done in the future and DR. Bried is the only one I will let do the surgery.
My last visit after TKR with Dr Bried was great. Answered any questions and concerns and released me for a year. He is a gifted surgeon and takes time with you during office visits. I highly recommend him and will be seeing him again for my other TKR.
My questions were answered and I was satisfied with the visit.
