Dr. Bresee performed my Rezum procedure. My experience was extremely unpleasant & I was treated very unprofessionally. I paid for Nitrous Oxide, but based on the amount of excrutiating pain I suffered throughout the entire process, I know it was never administered. After performing the procedure a catheter was installed. It was not working properly, so he removed it & installed another. Great bedside manner, explained the concern, risks, issues in a clear and understandable manner. Helped put me at ease and explained the next steps. I feel I am in good hands
The office has good COVID health protections in place, and a waiting room that allows separation. The staff is helpful and friendly, including one taking her time with an elderly couple with poor hearing (her) and eyesight (him). Dr. Bresee is unfailingly upbeat, informative and an excellent urologist.
Meeting was focused on the problem, and a fix-it plan was presented. Time to present other problems was allowed. Well organized person.

Dr. B was running a little late but that is the current situation upon us all. He was done with procedure in a few minutes and will discuss results in about 2 weeks.
I was scared and doubtful about my procedure. Dr B. Was calm and helpful throught the process. He kept talking to me about my hobbies and shared about his interests. All in all it was a good experience, I would recommend my F & F to visit him for help.
Very professional and personable. Always appears to be glad to see his clients. Makes me feel comfortable and confident in his care.
Dr Bresee is a very pleasant and competent doctor to work with. He never rushes me and he answers all my questions. His staff is professional and courteous.
