Takes time to discuss issues with my wife and me, plus answers e-mails in a very timely manner, great doctor

Very caring and knowledgeable, felt the Dr and staff performed all medical care In compassionate professional manner.
Direct and fast
Pleasant and competent.

Despite initial skepticism about my Rezum procedure I have experienced gradual improvement in my BPH symptoms. I continue to be optimistic that the condition will improve.
The medical part went well and I felt like Dr. Bresee gave me good advice. The records part seemed really dysfunctional because I filled out the patient questionnaire in advance (with several duplicated questions), then again at the reception desk, and then again in the room with the medical assistant.
