I found this post and it applies to the experiences I'm having. me. "I've been a patient of this practice for many years. It is very hard to get to see the doctor himself. Phones are rarely answered, you have to leave a message and they call you back (much) later. This practice seemed to be well-run and very responsive until a couple of years ago. Not having this procedure done before I can't compare this to another one of these. I wanted to not have to go to the bathroom all the time, but I wasn't sure I wanted someone to do what they had to do to correct my problem. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There was quite a bit of pain and discomfort, but it was only 5 times for 9 seconds each. Hopefully I won't be going to the bathroom all day and, worse, all night.

A very positive experience. Dr Bresee is on time, very thorough in his explanations, willing to answer questions and is sure to do follow up. Staff was also helpful and friendly.
I saw Dr. Bresee for an prostate issue and he correctly diagnosed it and treated it with the right medication. I was feeling better in 2 days! Highly recommended.
My experience with Dr. Bresee was excellent and highly recommend him. His treatment for my BHP was a great improvement. My only recommendation for improvement was that the Clinic's office improve their phone response, which was very poor with long wait times and unanswered calls. However, found that emails were promptly answered.
Dr. Breyer did a good job explaining to me what could be contributing to my over active bladder problem. He let me know that I can email him if my treatment plan doesn’t correct the problem. At that time he will look at the next option for treatment.
Dr Bresee always explains things thoroughly and makes sure he’s answered all of my questions. When I’ve had to email him, his reply was prompt. I appreciate that he gave me the choice to either treat the symptoms of my disorder or look into the root cause. He didn’t push his agenda; he’s letting me take the wheel. I feel I am a partner in my health rather than a spectator.
Dr. Bresse is efficient and gets to the main issues promptly. I left with a clear plan of action to treat BHP. He responds same day to question I had in the past.
