A big thank you to Jeremy for coming to my wife’s rescue when she was stranded hours from home. Jeremy didn’t just fix the problem — he showed genuine care and made sure the problem was taken care of. He went above and beyond when it came to diagnosing the problem and towing it to the local mechanic shop! I’m truly grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and the peace of mind he gave me that day. Highly recommend asking for Jeremy if you ever have towing needs!

Absolutely Ridiculous Rip-Off – $3000 for 40 Minutes! If I could give zero stars, I would. These people are outright scammers. They charged $3000 just to pull our truck out from a non-truck route in Tennessee — a job that took barely 40 minutes to complete. That’s $750 an hour, which is absolutely outrageous. To make matters worse, the cops on the scene seemed more interested in backing up the wrecker company than helping resolve the situation fairly. Beyond thankful for this business. Our family was on vacation and we broke down in Tennessee about 500 miles from home. James Towing was the only one available to help and were there fast when we weren't even positive of our location! Our driver got us to where we needed to be and even lent a hand with storage till we could make arrangements to get our vehicle back to Ohio. A very kind, understanding company.
