Dr. Grimes performed a Total Hip Replacement for my left hip about 12 years ago and again for my right hip in 2016. I never even considered any other doctor because of the minimally invasive procedure which allows much less pain, minimal recovery time and the ease of returning to normal activities in a relatively short period of time. Dr. Grimes is easy to converse with, explains the procedures in lay terms and is very understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend him to all.
Dr. Grimes is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon! He recently replaced my left hip w/o complication while demonstrating excellent bedside support throughout my hospital stay. Dr. Grimes stopped by to check on me twice, late into the evening, well beyond normal work hours. He stayed for several minutes answering all of my questions. He is very personable and easy to communicate w/. After 3 months I continue to improve and have complete comfort and true alignment. I would highly recommend him!
I had arthroscopic knee surgery on my left knee by another surgeon using two ports of entry on my knee. It was so painful for six weeks afterwards . Dr Grimes performed my right knee arthroscopic surgery using one port of entry. What a difference! Much less painful afterwards, I needed very few pain pills, I'm able to walk without a cane after just a few weeks. I recommend Dr. Grimes. .
Straightforward no nonsense Dr. Staff is very nice and attentive.
Dr. Grimes helped me get back to the things I enjoy. As a golfer we depend on healthy hips, I was having issues with my left hip and remembered that Dr.Grimes was in the same office as 2 of my previous physicians. Made a call they got me in and found that my hip needed to be replaced. He explained the process they took care of all my insurance info went to the hospital after the procedure a few hours later i was up walking and sent home a day and half later. No pain at all. Highly recommend
Nursing staff is terrible does not return calls while I suffer in pain
I had the Single Portal Arthroscopy for a torn Menicus and I had a pain level of #16. Three days after the procedure, I had no pain and I was back to work within a week. Dr. Grimes is the Best Doctor.
