I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I DO NOT recommend visiting this James avery. I came in today to get charms put on my bracelet (years worth of charms on it) and was told I would get a text when it was ready. I came back and the bracelet was sitting alone where anyone could easily walk behind the counter and take it. I am beyond disappointed with their service and WILL NOT be back here. :(
