Just had the best experience at this James Avery Crystal, Christie & Katherine are so friendly and helpful. I could have talked to them for hours. Definitely my new regular store from now on because of them and how friendly they are. I’m serious I felt like I’ve know these ladies for years. 10/10.
Great service, friendly people
Went in today wanting to return a purchase. Veronica, the employee who assisted me made my time there very unpleasant. She instantly greeted us with a very rude tone. It was almost like she didn’t want to accommodate my request. I wanted to shop around but never around those horrible vibes. Management, get her back to training.
