Wonderful experience with our salesperson, Alex. She was very helpful and welcoming when we entered the store on a late Saturday afternoon. We had a pleasant experience and we will be back for more!- Update: Kandy and Amanda were so helpful in getting my daughters three birthday charms added to her bracelet right away just before closing. There was another lady there (glasses gray hair) that was so kind as well. We will continue to come to this location for shopping and services.
I’m a huge fan of James Avery Jewelry! Back in July 2025 I bought an anklet. Unfortunately I didn’t wear it for long due to the clasps not closing correctly. My anklet kept falling off. After time went by it did have some damages due to it being out and not put up (not very caring on my part). Eventually the chain broke off.
