Went to this location and was very pleased with the customer service Christina I believe (I'm terrible with remembering names sorry) but she helped me out with adding charms to my bracelet and even fixed my charms on the bracelet that another location messed up. I didn't realize it but she did and she helped me out with it. Will be coming back again!
I was given directions to another jewelery store......
Rozlyn assisted me with my purchase for one of my charms and when she saw the placement of my existing charms she noticed they were not placed correctly. She told me and even fixed the placements and now my bracelet & charms look great! She had great customer service as well!
