Went in just to have my charms I had ordered and engraved attached to my bracelet. I got the email that they were ready so I went in. The girl acted like she couldn't understand a word I was saying. She was too concerned with the laughter from the other ladies in the back. FOMO in action to my detriment. Wasted my time!! Didn't once ask my name or account info. Veronica was awesome. I didnt realized they fixed the jewelry and just stopped to ask and see. She helped me fixed the pendant on my chain that 5 other stores couldn't help me with. She was quick and efficient and had a very fast solution. You really can't ask for more. I will definitely come back to this store to purchase jewelry.
This store has become my favorite! Employees are always so kind especially Christina she is amazing, so calm in explaining how to care for my jewelry and how many charms would look better. 100% recommend 💕
