Their website lists repairs, not mentioning repairs only on their merchandise. We are from Michigan, the black onix stone came out of my husband's ring, so, we thought a high end jewler, who lists repairs would be a good person to repair his ring. WRONG..
We went in several weeks ago and were greeted as soon as we walked in, however as we got to the counter I told a younger girl that i was trying to get ring sizes for my daughter's. She grabbed the key ring of sizes and just placed them on the counter in front of us. So, I started trying to figure it out cause I've never used one before ANYHOW.. SUZY came over and got to work!
