Have been in several times, to the Brenham store. The ladies who have greeted me and have helped me, could not have been any nicer to me. They were helpful and were very willing to make my visit to the store as pleasant as they could. The nicest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I've visited twice staff are very professional yet friendly and very helpful. Everyone in that store has great customer service skills and make you feel at home while shopping no pressure whatsoever

Just went in for a ring size up for myself..My Lady was Jennifer. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS . BRENHAM LOCATION... Today JANUARY 2025..I went and Jackie was my associate SHE IS THE SWEETEST...Bracelet needs to be sent out cause I Broke it at work..Greeted me as soon as I came in...

I got two charms for Christmas. Went into James Avery and was hoping to get them put on but could see they were very busy. That’s when I was told I would have to wait till the new year. When I told the sales associate that I was from North Carolina and was going to have to leave without the charms she went into action and made sure my charms could be put on so I wouldn’t have to pay for another jewelry store to do it.
