Friendly staff
I walked in and one of the workers had started to assist me. But I told her I was there to pick up a bracelet for my mom and she gave me information that was incorrect. My mom then called and a different employee told my mom that it would be ready in another hour or so. Which was not true because I had already picked up the address!
