Although I do have positive things to say about this salon, my overall experience was poor. The atmosphere is great, clean, and professional. All the staff I interacted with is also very nice. However, I was pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with how my hair turned out. Especially for the expensive price that I paid. I wanted my hair to stay mainly brown and add a few highlights in the lower half of my hair. This Salon is very different. The feel is like a home away from home. It's comfortable and everyone is knowledgeable, education appears to be a precedent. I have fine and thinning hair, and was turned onto Paul Mitchell products 4 years ago and I thank that person. Aside from absolutely loving my hair stylist, Megan—I can never get enough of the shampoo experience! I’ve been coming to JAS now for over 2 years and I always leave feeling great about my hair and its health thanks to Megan! The shampoo service is also an ADDED bonus that comes with ANY service! You are transported into a dimly lit, serene room with calming music for a deep head/shoulder massage and wash.
