timely and efficient
Dr. Passmore is a calm, attentive doctor, explaining procedures and results. His staff, also, provides quality service and care with courtesy, respect, and competence. I have worked with Dr. Passmore for 3 years now, and feel I am getting good care.
Thorough and caring
I arrived at my 10:30 appointment to a room full of people and did not get seen until almost an hour and half later. All of the staff was extremely friendly and considerate EXCEPT the young woman that did my initial eye exam. She was not friendly at all and was very abrupt and rude in her responses to my questions. This woman (Leslie may be her name, unsure though) had no personality and showed no concern for me as the patient. Very thorough. Prescription and Diabetic eye exam. Great experience.

The wait time from arriving to start the testing process was 1-2 minute. When finished I was immediately taken to see the doctor. The staff is very kind and efficient at the front desk as well as the medical assistants.
I've been seeing Dr. Passmore for 20 years He performed Cataract surgery in 1995 I check in with him annually. He's a real gentleman and excellent Doctor.
