Been here more than 24 hours and not impressed with the staff. We left early this morning to go out and spend the day down in Hermosa, had breakfast and went visiting other areas of LA and returned home at two to find that our room has not been cleaned yet. And everyone keeps telling me "sorry it's not my job."
